I see your new pictures every other weekend and I see how you have gotten SO big! What a trooper you are. I miss you son; I really miss you. But you know what? I want to do everything I possibly can for you. No matter what anyone says, I love you with all of my heart and God knows and I know that I am doing absolutely everything I can just to make you smile and be happy! I know I am not there with you now, but I am. I am with you every day in my thoughts and heart. You are my encouragement, my pride and joy, and my son. I love you, I love you!
Oh, by the way. Do you love your new swing!? I bet you do! :) You are very lucky you know why? You have Dustin and my favorite tree to swing from. When you are swinging and feeling the cool breeze brushing through your hair and on your face, I want you to think about me Gabe. I am there more than you can know.

Shaun – I am so proud of you. You are a constant blessing to me as your own son is to you. You have made a lot of positive changes in your life and it makes me proud to see you grow. I also know that everything you are doing is for the love of your son and if anyone doubts that – they can talk to me. I will always be here to encourage, support and love you. I can’t imagine anyone thinking that you are anything less than an awesome person. You deserve better than that and I hope that you realize this. Keep doing what you are doing and one day – those who doubted you will feel the shame of doing so. I love you son.
